UX + Research

I've directed and developed user research for experience strategies. I've created research plans, discussion guides, recruiting screeners, concepts and stimuli for remote and in-person qualitative research, surfacing insights, opportunities and recommendations to inform a product and service vision. I've dispatched surveys and analyzed data results for quantitative research. I’ve both led and designed the user experience, including wireframes, site/app maps, site/product assessments, personas/archetypes, customer journeys, user flows, user stories and prototypes.
